Jane Moore Sibbett until recently has been most well known as an American actress, writer, director, photographer, and producer. Her most notable roles include Heddy Newman on the Fox television series Herman’s Head, and as Ross Geller’s first ex-wife, the groundbreaking role of "Carol Willick," who was one-half of the first TV lesbian wedding ever on the hit NBC sitcom Friends. Her play, SHE’ISLAND, co-written with a host of women on Hawaii Island about the untold stories of the women of Hawaii to empower our collective and too often suppressed voices is in development for the upcoming season at the Kahilu Theatre in Kamuela, Hawaii. Next up on her directorial slate is a second PSA commercial produced by 1736 Family Crisis Center on Elder Abuse. Jane, a survivor herself of intimate violence, continues to advocate for survivors everywhere, hoping to instill hope and healing for all beings to thrive peacefully and yes, eventually even joyfully on this planet.
In the last 7 years Sibbett has traveled the world producing live events and documentaries, particularly about spiritually activated groups and individuals helping others touch, inspire, and heal up to a quarter of a million people a year.
But last year Jane's life took a whole new jog. Sibbett, after a special activation in May 2015 from
Here’s how one friend describes Jane’s Dancing Hands:
“Jane’s personal journey has led her to a few very special people who have exhibited “unusual” gifts. Healing and major shifts in life seemed to be happening around these people whether through a silent gaze, a guided meditation or by touch. The interesting thing is over and over she seems to be asked by these people to help them reach a wider audience. Or perhaps, it is really the other around, Jane is helping many of us find our way to the “healer” because we are the ones crying out for help — we are the ones being told there will be no cure.
For those of us who have known Jane, we are always touched by her sincere wish to help, to ease those who are suffering, to give comfort and hope. She is always the one who is there for you if you need help or support. She traveled with these “gifted” ones around the world witnessing cancers and Agent Orange sickness disappeared, relationships healed, family reconciled, etc. These evidences are showing up day after day, event after event. Jane seems to be the perfect person to bring us to these healers because deep inside, she cares deeply for each and every one of us, whether it’s caring for her long time friend or a total stranger. She cares and will give herself selflessly whenever the situation calls forth such need.
Meanwhile, her life took an interesting turn after her meeting and working with Abdy.
Something she has never expected to happen started happening. Her hands started to go into spontaneous movements and mudras. She would watch in amazement how her hands would get warm — even hot — and seem to have a life of their own, clapping, clicking and snapping in the most exquisite “dance” as Source brought forth what needs to be brought forth to those in need – including herself. She discovered that her hands could direct themselves to the part of the body that needs healing. Only after a car accident she discovered her hands could take away pain and trauma from her own body. With the wonder of innocence of such a discovery, she allows her hands to dance when someone has the need for healing or comfort. Her hands seem to respond even independently if needs were present. Very soon, she discovered friends with chronic situation started to improve after her hands would dance for them, whether they are in her physical presence or even long distance. Meanwhile, she says that this is not her “doing”. She credits everything to pure Source, which is flowing through her hands and her caring heart.”
TIMELINE OF JANE'S DANCING HANDS
APRIL 2015 Through Jonny Podell, Sibbett was introduced to Abdy over the phone and agreed to meet and assist. Sibbett met Abdy
DEC. 31, 2015 – JAN. 7, 2016 Jane joined Abdy, his family, and 64 participants in the rainforest of Costa Rica for a retreat connecting with Source energy. FEBRUARY, 2016 Jane conducted her first Dancing Hands Circle to a public group of 22 in Venice, CA. Participants reported activation, healing, unbridled joy, saying this was a very different kind of healing experience. “Most all healing is serious stuff. This is joyful and fun!”
MARCH, 2016 in Phoenix, AZ Jane was invited by Abdy to share the dancing hands with him in his first private session. And though time only allowed a short window Abdy said, “This is powerful. This is very powerful,” and “Get your website up, (for Dancing Hands), “I think you should be doing this, too.” Two hours after this proclamation, while on a plane returning to LA, more downloading of energy and information began. That evening an additional nine hours of downloads ensued and every night since for seven days and counting.
APRIL 2016 We began the Sweet Spot Tours, deciding that some of the small towns in the US are havens for especially sweet energy gatherings, and so we opened up Dancing Hands Circles in Venice, CA; Encinitas, CA; Roseville, CA; Sacramento, CA; Santa Cruz, CA; and Half Moon Bay, CA. On April 30, 2016, Jane begins the first online JDH Circle via Zoom to great success with many testimonials from around the world of healing and help all participating from their computers,

From our first
JUNE 2016 Sibbett took the Dancing Hands Circles to the East Coast of the United States of America with new circles in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Maryland, and then back to Sacramento, CA for four spontaneously created separate Dancing Hands Circles added only a week in advance. In addition to happily facilitating the opening circle of the New Earth Expo, where the circles expanded to the largest yet, Jane and Eric Lutes appeared on the early morning television show Good Day Sacramento where they shared about the dancing hands and Jane danced her hands with both host and during the break with her co-host, as well as the sound editor, and the host of the home segment. Watch this early AM fun byte by clicking above.
MORE JUNE 2016... Zoom Bloom! Because of the generosity of an anonymous angel we began to test out a new technology to share the Dancing Hands sessions via the Zoom application, (much like Skype, but allowing up to 500 people to participate at once), so Jane can not only host a circle with music that everyone can hear, but also allowing interaction with participants in real time, wherever in the world they are. This allowed us to speak with one another about how we were feeling, how the gift of the circle was moving in everyone's bodies, or that of loved ones, and allowed Jane to answer questions, too. The good and the challenging part for Jane is that there is no crew to assist in this, but it keeps Jane ability to travel light, keep humble and happy living more simply and handling the tech. For those who participated we all know it was a bit of a learning curve, but we got it going and now there are many writing how much it has helped them. Interested in participating when we begin Zooming again next time? Please write to Suzi and ask to be put on the Zoom list and we'll let you know as they spontaneously pop up.
JULY, 2016 Jane began to experiment more with the Zoom sessions, setting up the Zoom'ed Jane's Dancing Hands Cleansing Sessions -- five sessions over ten days for those wishing to cleanse the mind, body, and spirit. Whether participants were on the Purium or the doTerra Cleanse (see your Healthy Links), using Arbonne, their own, or just cleansing their spirits, this was a special group that that felt the shifts not only within an individual session, but as a progressive, expansive cleansing opportunity. We hope to do more Zoom sessions late summer and early autumn. Join us!
JULY 22, 2016 Jane began to experiment with a new modality of sharing her dancing hands -- via Facebook Live, via her iPhone for free. This experiment started at 7:07PM from Laguna Beach and ran 43 minutes long as more and more people joined on a Friday evening from all corners of the globe. Jane has left this Facebook Live Dancing Hands session on her Sparkling Circle Facebook page for more than three weeks, now, as well as dancing two more Facebook Live dances since then from the beach as well as one from the land. Testimonials have been pouring in about these dances showing remarkable shifts, connecting more with the elemental Pura Vida as well as pure Source energy.
2017 was a blur of phenomenal Dancing Hands Circles of beautiful beings all over the United States and up into Canada. Dancers, healers, helpers, doctors, therapists, priests, lawyers, mothers, police officers, coaches, athletes, nurses, psychologists, producers, authors, artists, screenwriters, teachers, students, shaman, and even babies and toddlers came to join our Dancing Hands Circles online and in person.
2018 we continued the journey to the United Kingdom to dance from London to Scotland, more journeys to Hawai'i Island before the volcano erupted and over to the Kingdom of Tonga to swim for three weeks on retreat with the Humpback Whale. Please read about this experience and many more in our Sparkling Circle Newsletter.
We'll update news as we can. Thanks for being a part of this journey. We are so grateful.
Stay tuned and keep dancing!
